Privacy notice

This notice explains what Scaled Meetings does with the details you share on this site. We have kept it short and in plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to read it.

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We also note which page the form was sent from. That is all.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one reason, to answer your request. That might mean preparing your Balance Read, writing back with a question, or offering a time to talk. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Nobody outside our firm uses them for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not follow you around the web, and we do not record how you move through these pages.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to lauren.palmer@scaledmeetings.co, or send the request through our contact form. If we have written to you and you would rather we did not, reply "stop" and we will end contact.
